 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolute gem of a pub. Superb ales and food. Fantastic staff. Unfortunately we didn’t stay in the accommodation as I’d booked somewhere else before the Cross Keys had re-opened. Gordon, the owner, helped us out massively when the taxi I’d booked didn’t turn up. Nothing was too much trouble. Wifi available as well with no password.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The owners are so friendly and the pub has a fantastic atmosphere. The food is excellent and i have never had a better steak pie. Lovely well kept beer and the rooms are the best we have stayed at, so clean and well fitted out and decorated. We would highly recommend a stay or a visit, you will not be disappointed.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great to see the Cross Keys reopened at such an important place on the Yorkshire Wolds Way that can be tricky to get to. It made an ideal overnight stop with a comfortable room, evening meal in the bar with some good real ales (Wold Top Wolds Way being the most appropriate) and a hearty breakfast all served up by Gordon and Simon. Hopefully will become a staple of YWW hikers!
